Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing and dispatch. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. DanA Digital reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times may vary depending on location and product availability. DanA Digital is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch.
Returns & Store Credit
DanA Digital does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Where appropriate, store credit may be issued for eligible returned products, provided they are returned in original condition with all components and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Custom & Special Orders
Custom-made, personalised or specially configured products are generally not eligible for return or store credit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DanA Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
